About this course
This course is a continuation of LA 241: Landform Design & Construction and similar courses, the focus of which is to introduce to the fundamentals of grading and the use of landform as design elements. This course further develops knowledge of the relationship among the elements of surveying, surface grading, stormwater management and drainage systems, and the horizontal and vertical element of circulation systems, as well as the remediation of environmentally disturbed sites and design considerations.
Prerequisite: LA 241 and college trigonometry; or consent of instructor.
