LA 281: Design Communications II

The purpose of this course is to enhance skills of effective design communication. Landscape architects use graphics, narrative, and presentation to communicate site analysis, ideas, design concepts, and construction methodology. You must be able to convey your ideas through graphic media to be a successful landscape architect. This course will focus on using analog and digital media, verbal presentation, and narrative to communicate design ideas effectively.

Open to Landscape Architecture majors only.

Prerequisite: Concurrent registration in LA 234 and completion of LA 280, or consent of instructor.
