Description of event
Covering 7.5 acres (30,400 square meters), the project sits atop one of the most beautiful cliffs on the Costa Verde and is designed to resist the weight of buildings as well as seismic movements common in the Lima region. An original terrace system, replicating a construction model employed by the Incas, allows additional reinforcement of the soil and slopes, with the use of new retaining walls up to ten meters high equipped with horizontal geogrids and vertical geocells.
