About Bridgette Moen
Biography
Bridgette Moen is a Registered Landscape Architect and the University Landscape Architect at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Her primary interests are planting design and the expansion of natural lands.
Before her current role at the university, she served as Planning Director for the Champaign County Forest Preserve District and, before that, a Park Planner with the Champaign Park District, where she developed master plans, designed park improvements, and generated grant proposals. She also worked as a project manager with the Illinois Natural History Survey on the Environmental Protection Agency National Wetlands Condition Assessment. She previously practiced as a Project Manager at Terry Guen Design Associates in Chicago, Illinois. Bridgette received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Landscape Architecture degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
