Projects in Practice: Isaiah Ross
As a City Planning Associate with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning, Isaiah Ross has been especially involved in that organization’s Community Planning Bureau, Project Planning Bureau, and External Affairs Division, undertaking projects such as updating community plan policies and rezoning parcels within the San Fernando Valley region, reviewing projects for compliance with the Los Angeles Municipal Code, and engaging in community outreach.
Before relocating to Los Angeles, he worked as a Community Development Planner for the West Humboldt Park and Community Development Council in Chicago.
Ross holds Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and Master of Urban and Regional Planning degrees, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
