The mood was jubilant and the weather was perfect for the university Commencement and department Convocation ceremonies this year! Professor Lemon and professor Hays represented the department at the campus events, which had the largest numbers of graduates and attendees in the history of the university. Our departmental ceremony took place at Temple Buell Hall with great words of wisdom from Jake Pinholster, who is now finishing his first year as Dean of the College of Fine and Applied Arts, and Kona Gray, Principal at EDSA and President of ASLA. Alan Watkins served as Marshall for the ceremony, and everything concluded a our traditional receiving line, cap toss, and reception.
